These Terms govern your use of Brisqora ("we", "our", "us") applications and related services, including Brisqora Register, Brisqora Kiosk, Brisqora Kitchen, Brisqora Customer, and online ordering. By using the services you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

The services are provided to support restaurant point-of-sale, ordering, and customer communication workflows. You agree to use them lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse the platform.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name: Brisqora Order & Offers Notifications.

With your consent, Brisqora and the restaurants using Brisqora send SMS text messages, including: order confirmation, ready-for-pickup alerts, delivery updates, one-time verification codes (OTP), and—where you have opted in—promotional offers.

• Message frequency: varies based on your orders and activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time.
• For help, reply HELP or contact info@brisqora.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages you requested. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Consent

You provide your phone number when placing an order or creating an account and consent to receive SMS messages about your orders. Promotional messages are sent only to customers who have opted in. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Payments and Orders

Orders and payments are processed by the restaurant and applicable payment providers. Pricing, taxes, fees, and availability are determined by the restaurant.

5. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
